If you would like product and pricing information beyond what is available on our website, our Audi-Graph sales team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Standard Time. Please email us at sales@audi-graph.com.
U.S and International Sales
Audi-Graph ships for an additional $10 USD within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses. If shipping outside of the aforementioned areas, there is an additional $15 USD on top of the $10 USD shipping fee for the shipment of a CD, making the total for shipping an additional $25 USD. The customer is also responsible for any custom fees, import fees, and any other charge initiated by the customs of the country being shipped to. In regards to overseas shipping, Audi-Graph, LLC, is required by law to declare the full purchase price on the package mailed.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
Electronic Software Downloads
All Audi-Graph software is available for download at time of purchase. Once credit card authorization has been received, you will receive instructions in the form of a link (sent to the email address provided by you during your purchase), along with your registration information and password to begin downloading the software.
Proof of Purchase
Audi-Graph, LLC will send you a confirmation of your order via email with your online purchase. If you placed your order over the telephone, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email if you purchase an ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) license, or by regular mail if you purchase Audi-Graph with media.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards:
- You may pay by credit card through our online payment system via PayPal
- At the time the order is placed, Audi-Graph obtains approval from the credit card company, so billing of your credit card is simultaneous with the order.
- Audi-Graph, LLC accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover through the online payment system via PayPal

Cashier�s Check, Personal Check, or Money Order:
Audi-Graph accepts cashier�s checks, personal checks and money order as valid forms of payment. If you wish to pay by any of these payment options, please email sales for approval. Shipping Options
Audi-Graph ships via regular U.S Mail within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses. CD�s and paperwork shipped via regular U.S Mail are normally delivered within five business days after shipment. Audi-Graph usually ships within three business days after the order is processed.
Shipments outside of the above areas without CD�s are sent via U.S Airmail, and shipments with CD�s are sent by U.S Express Mail, U.S Global Priority, or Fed Ex depending on the country being shipped to.
For an additional charge, Audi-Graph can provide alternate shipping options such as overnight delivery, UPS, and so on. If you wish to use an alternate option, please email sales to discuss options.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date is based on payment processing time, handling processing time, and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment.
Non-ESD orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing for shipment the next business day.
Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Prices
All products bought through Audi-Graph will include the price of the product, shipping fees (if any), and does not include sales tax. Audi-Graph reserves the right to change prices displayed on the Audi-Graph website at any time.
Audi-Graph Software Licenses
Your use of Audi-Graph branded software is on the terms of the license in effect for the software at the time of the purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time that you install the software. You may review Audi-Graph licenses, including limitations, by clicking the appropriate link below. Please be aware, however, that your purchase is subject to the particular license that accompanies the software and you must agree to the terms and conditions of that license when you install the software. Be certain to read the applicable license carefully before you install the software.
